Tochuwu Ejeziem

Toochukwu holds a Bachelor of Science (Second Class Honors Upper Division) degree in Accountancy from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu. After years of successful entrepreneurial stint in publishing and advertising, he proceeded to the University of Nigeria where he obtained his LL.B Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in 2017. He further bagged his BL  with Second Class Honors (Upper Division) from the Nigerian Law School and was called to the prestigious Nigerian Bar in 2018.

 

He had a stint in legal practice with The Mediator Chambers, Enugu where he learnt the rudiments of the profession. 

 

Toochukwu is an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICARB) and is currently concluding his Masters degree programme in Strategy and Planning at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. 

 

He has written several published articles including “Questioning the Legality of Legislative Constituency Projects in Nigeria: Issues and Challenges”. 

 

Coming from a multi-disciplinary background and bolstered by decades of unique cross-sectoral experiences, Toochukwu possesses broad knowledge in managing diverse financial and administrative programme tasks. He is indeed an asset to the firm.

 

His vast practice areas include Arbitration, tax, corporate law, banking, insurance, real estate, capital market etc.
