Collete holds a Bachelor of Science (Second Class Honors) in Economics from University of Nigeria Nsukka(UNN). During her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme at Adamawa state, she worked as a lecturer wherein she taught second year students Labour Economics at Adamawa State University Mubi(ADSU).
As a result of her quest for excellence in service delivery, she proceeded to obtained a certificate in Management from Nigeria Institute of Management(NIM).
Before joining Grand Attorneys, Collete had worked in two Non-governmental Organizations in Enugu State, where she worked as Finance officer and Case Manager respectively; in Women Advocacy for Development Initiative (WADDI) and South Saharan Social Development Organization(SSDO); organisations that focus on militating Sexual-Gender based violence (SGBV) against women & girls as well as on different projects such as OVC(Orphaned and Vulnerable Children) and HIV/AIDS Awareness/treatment, etc. Where Mwater, REdcap Applications, etc were used for data collation & Assessment.
Collete is a dogged and efficient team player and an expert in human resource management.
